Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate: $5.95 per order
  • Free shipping: On all orders over $50
  • US only: We currently ship within the United States only

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, so processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Delivery Estimates

We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery times are determined by USPS and are outside our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If tracking is not available for your shipment method, the email will include the estimated delivery window.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging, if applicable

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at adam@hozameendesign.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return authorization — we will reply with instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method so you can confirm delivery.

Do not ship returns without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective returns: Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
