Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hozameendesign.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Products & Availability

All products are handmade or produced in small batches. Availability is limited and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product photos represent the general appearance of each item, but because many products use natural materials (foraged wood, bark textures), each piece is unique and may vary from the images shown.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated by Stripe Tax based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.

Order Fulfillment

An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Orders are accepted upon shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Items are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Actual delivery times depend on USPS and are outside our control.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95, with free shipping on orders over $50. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping for non-defective returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full return policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Hozameen Design Studio and is protected by US copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Product Safety

Some of our products contain small neodymium magnets. These magnets are strong and can be dangerous if swallowed. Keep magnet products away from children and pets. Keep magnets away from pacemakers, defibrillators, and other electronic medical devices. By purchasing magnet products, you accept responsibility for their safe use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington state law, Hozameen Design Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Whatcom County, Washington.

Before filing any legal action, we encourage you to contact us to attempt informal resolution. Send a written description of your concern to adam@hozameendesign.com and allow 30 days for a response.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
